Previous games: 51-74 loss to Kansas, 62-73 loss to Texas Tech

Next games: Tuesday vs. Texas, Saturday at. Oklahoma State

It seems to be a fight for who wants last place more at times. Kansas State got throttled by Kansas during the week, connecting on just five of their 21 three-point attempts. Nigel Pack and Mike McGuirl were the only players in double figures for the Wildcats.

They limited Kansas three-pointers as they shot just 31 percent in that area. However, They only forced six turnovers and had four players from the Jayhawks score in double figures.

It was a much more encouraging effort from the Wildcats on Saturday, as they pushed Texas Tech and made it a ballgame the entire way. Nigel Pack had16 points on an efficient seven shots. However, the Wildcats turned the ball over 18 times and were poor from the free throw line. They connected on 13-22 of their 22 attempts and Davion Bradford made three of his eight attempts.

It is a lost year for the Wildcats, as there will be a hot seat, heading into the conclusion of the season. Their effort against Texas Tech is hoping to give a boost for the 2021 campaign.
