It’s that time again for the Sunday Mailbag. We are about four weeks away from Championship week and another five weeks from NCAA Basketball Selection Sunday. The time is almost here and it appears that this tournament is likely to be held without the likes of Duke, Kentucky, and potentially North Carolina.

The other traditional power in Kansas is having a down season. That will be something to watch for, and due to the Covid 19 pandemic that is still going on the NCAA tournament in one centralized location in Indianapolis will also be something to watch for.

Usually, in the Sunday Mailbag, I will answer five reader questions about anything College Basketball and recruiting-related. Expectedly when the football season ends the Mailbag questions started rolling in. The questions this week all revolve around the tournament and one of them asks about a sense of optimism for a power five school that is really struggling right now. This week is different as there are six questions to answer as opposed to the usual five.

All six questions this week were submitted by readers via Twitter. Thank you to everyone who has ever submitted a question, read an article, or interact with me on Twitter. I enjoy writing this article for you every week and I hope you all enjoy reading it. Keep the questions coming and I will answer it on next week’s mailbag. Happy reading and enjoy the responses. This week’s questions are below, thank you to all of you for your submissions this week.
