The NCAA Basketball Sunday Mailbag is back this week it is a little later than normal.  Even with that I still only received a few questions this week but I’m sure as the season winds down and the conference championships ramp up the questions will be coming in hot.  These are the final weeks of the regular season for a lot of conferences and championship week starts this week on Thursday with the first of the conference tournaments in the Horizon League.

This week there were only two reader questions but one of the questions is about a conference that has underachieved to this point and may only get a few bids.  The other is about another potential mid-major school and creating a super team.  The questions this week were really fun to answer and since there were only three questions to answer this week’s edition will be a little shorter than weeks past.

Like every single week, I really enjoy writing these articles and I want to thank each one of you who has ever read one.  This series has been a ton of fun to write and I hope you all have learned a little something through these articles.   I have also learned a lot and anytime that a college basketball junkie like myself can something that I didn’t already know then you all have done your job.

I hope you continue to read these last couple of Sunday Mailbags as they are still going to be chock-full of information that should help you all prepare for the tournament.  The questions from this week are below.
