Chris Duarte – Oregon

While Chris Duarte has only played at Oregon for two seasons, he has shown that he has all the ability to turn into a solid NBA prospect.

Duarte is the top scorer this season for Oregon averaging 16.8 PPG on 53% shooting from the field. It isn’t just that he is a scorer though, he is an excellent shooter. Shooting 47.2% from two, 37.8% from three, and 80% from the free throw line during his career, Duarte has shown that he can knock down any shot asked.

While he won’t necessarily blow you away with stats, Duarte has shown during his two seasons at Oregon that he is consistent, and can give you 10+ points on any night. Will that translate to the NBA? Absolutely. If there is an outside-the-box name to consider late in the second round, it’s  Duarte.
