Missouri Tigers

Biggest Need: Experience

While Missouri’s roster currently looks a bit uncertain for next season, that should change within the coming weeks. Currently sporting a roster headlined by returning forward Kobe Brown and Kansas State transfer DaJuan Gordon, the Tigers could also return seniors Dru Smith, Jeremiah Tilmon, and Mitchell Smith if they choose to use their extra year of eligibility.

The biggest need for the Tigers essentially comes down to experience. The Tigers could still receive a big boost to the roster if Smith, Tilmon, or Smith return, but will still have a fairly inexperienced roster. Missouri should still add numerous transfers this offseason and will need to add multiple experienced players in the offseason.

Ole Miss Rebels

Biggest Need: Replace Romello White

Ole Miss will lose two of their best players from last season in Devontae Shuler and Romello White. The Rebels however have a talented roster returning headlined by Jarkel Joiner, as well as a nice recruiting class headlined by 4-star point guard Daeshun Ruffin. The Rebels will be good, but just how good they can be may rely on if they can replace Romello White.

White was a dominant at-times paint presence for the Rebels last season, while also third in scoring for Ole Miss. If the Rebels can add a low-post player that can put up similar production to what White did to an already talented roster, could Ole Miss be better than they were last season?
