As the NCAA Basketball recruiting cycle for the Class of 2021 begins to wind down, the focus now begins to shift to the Class of 2022. If you thought 2021 was good, 2022 has the potential to be even better.
NCAA Basketball recruiting is always full of star players, and the Class of 2022 has its fair share of superstar caliber players. We’ve all heard of top-ranked Emoni Bates, arguably the top basketball prospect out of high school in recent years, but what about the other top guys?
Jalen Duren may be one of the most dominant big men in recent memory, while guards such as Amari Bailey and Dior Johnson are must-see when on the court. This class is loaded with talent, especially at the top, and has the potential to be special.
While it is still early on in the 2022 recruiting cycle, there are still a few highly touted prospects that have already announced their commitments as to where they will play in college. With that, it also means that there are a few teams that have already secured commitments from top recruits, and are off to phenomenal starts to the 2022 cycle. This group includes both familiar and unfamiliar faces, as well as teams currently riding waves of momentum.
