We’re approaching the middle of June, which for the NCAA Basketball is nearing the end of the roster reconstruction. We know which players are still dealing with the NBA Draft process, while the transfer portal has tapered off in recent weeks, at least when it comes to big names entering.

We’ve reached the threshold of over 1,650 players entering the portal this offseason, which is fairly misleading because of how many seniors entered after given the extra year by the NCAA due to the pandemic. And with players now able to transfer once with being forced to sit out a year, that emboldened quite a few to find a potentially better landing spot for their basketball careers.

It’s been a very interesting offseason when it comes to the transfer portal, as many teams have landed players that could single-handedly change the outcomes of respective teams. Some notable pickups include Walker Kessler going to Auburn, Matt Bradley picking San Diego State, and most recently, Remy Martin picking Kansas, although he’s still going through the NBA Draft process.

But there are still some good players without teams right now and for programs still looking for a talent boost, these could be some guys to watch. Here are the top 15 remaining players in the NCAA Basketball transfer portal.

15. – C Collin Smith – UCF

2020-21 stats: Did not play last season due to health issues

The number of good available big men lessens Smith’s value at the moment, along with there not being a clear level of info of him being cleared to play next season. But when healthy, the 6’11 center is a good defender and low post scorer, averaging 12.6 ppg and 6.3 rpg in 2019-29.
