11. F Steffon Mitchell – Boston College Eagles

2020-21 stats: 9.1 ppg and 7.3 rpg

A four-year starter with the Eagles, Mitchell was never a double-digit scorer but was a strong defender and rebounder at the ACC level. He’s a “glue guy” that can be plugged into any rotation and have an impact, as long as there’s not too much asked of him. Mitchell is in the NBA Draft process but also has a list of Utah, Minnesota, and San Diego State in case he returns to college for a 5th year.

10. G Alterique Gilbert – Wichita State Shockers

2020-21 stats: 10.3 ppg and 4.1 apg

Gilbert is in a unique spot, as he missed nearly two whole seasons at the start of his career at UConn. He was healthy last season, playing at an all-conference level for the Shockers, playing a big role in them making the NCAA Tournament. He’s not a great shooter and has a career field goal shooting percentage of 36% but he may be wanting to avoid a 6th year in NCAA Basketball.

9. F/C KC Ndefo – St. Peter’s Peacocks

2020-21 stats: 13.7 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 3.6 bpg

The 6’7 forward had a breakout season in many ways, including career-highs in just about every category. Ndefo led the country in blocked shots or game and had a five-game stretch in the midst in league play where he averaged around 20 ppg. He may be taking his time in making a decision but based on how the transfer portal worked out for several previous All-MAAC big men, it’s good that Ndefo is taking his time. At bare minimum, he’ll be a high-energy and solid rotational frontcourt piece.
