NBA Mock Draft 2021: Updated mock draft after combine and key deadline

Oklahoma City has a multitude of picks in the next five years. In with them amid a rebuild, they are going to try and get the player with the highest ceiling. At this point that player is Jackson. As he is very raw, Jackson has great athleticism, is a solid rebounder, and a good shot blocker. I think early if he makes the rotation, it would be as a hustle guy. But with a few years under his belt, Jackson could become a very solid center in the NBA.
Memphis could use a lot more shooting, as the Grizzlies were 20th in the NBA last year. And as an excellent shooter, Butler can help with that. Butler is a deadly shooter that can hit from anywhere on the court. While he didn’t play point guard in college, Butler is already a very good ball-handler and a good passer which will allow him to slide in the role nicely.
His finishing at the rim can be questionable and I don’t think Butler’s ceiling is too high. But I think the 20-year-old can become a good three and D player on a Grizzlies team looking to give Ja Morant more shooting.
OKC has three first-round picks, and they spend the second one here on Giddey. Giddey is a bigger point guard at 6’8″ but is an excellent facilitator and floor general of an offense. Drafting Giddey here would allow OKC’s franchise player in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to not have to shoulder all the playmaking duties. While there are questions about Giddey’s shooting ability and athleticism. OKC gets nice value here right outside the lottery.
