NCAA Basketball Recruiting: Top-100 wing Terrance Arceneaux announces final 4
By Ian Mumm
Making the cut for four-star NCAA Basketball prospect Terrance Arceneaux were UNLV, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and Houston. Arceneaux has made quite the name for himself in Texas following a season in which he hit the game-winner for Beaumont United (TX) to bring home the state title.
He also was a vital member of JL3 Elite (TX) during the recent Nike EYBL Peach Jam and continued to showcase his talents in front of top college coaches. His effort and consistency helped to vault him into a consensus top-60 position across the recruiting outlets.
Arceneaux carries a very strong motor as part of his skillset and utilizes his long 6’7” frame to get to the rim with ease. He is a major threat from all three levels and has already proven defenses must constantly account for his presence. Arceneaux averaged 20.9 PPG, 7.7 RPG, and 2.3 APG in his junior season highlighting a strong floor to produce at the next level, but his 4.0 blocks and 2.5 steals per game prove he has the capability to be a star on both ends of the floor. He puts forth unrelenting effort on the court and possesses the capability to shut down the opposing team’s best player on the perimeter and at the rim.
With only a couple of options left on the table, Arceneaux is approaching a decision rapidly. I analyze each for the best fit and opportunity.
