24. C Naheem McLeod – Florida State Seminoles

Junior College: Chipola College

His season average of 5.8 ppg and 4.0 rpg isn’t going to wow anyone but that’s not what McLeod stands out for. It’s the fact that he’s a whopping 7’3 and 250 pounds, while still be fairly mobile for his body size. The center is a quality defender and will provide 15-20 mpg of shot-blocking interior defense at the next level.

That’s why he’s perfect for Florida’s State system where they rotate multiple centers in a given game. Teams are going to be very frustrated dealing with McLeod next season when he’s on the court, where he could have the potential to swing a game if opponents can’t get past him.

23. G Kario Oquendo – Georgia Bulldogs

Junior College – Florida SouthWestern State

The 6’4 shooting guard was third on the team with 13.5 ppg, including a season-high 31 points against Indian River State. He’s a 40% three-point shooter and has the potential to get hot, which makes him an intriguing pickup for the rebuilding SEC program.

Like Minnesota, Georgia has a completely new roster, featuring transfers Noah Baumann, Aaron Cook, and Jabri Abdur-Rahim. None of them are proven scorers at the power conference level so  Oquendo has a real shot at rotational minutes. And with an improved three-point shot, the scoring guard can be an impactful newcomer.

22. F/C Nikita Konstantynovsky – Tulsa Hurricanes

Junior College – Northeastern Oklahoma A&M

The 6’10 big man from Ukraine was one of the better frontcourt players in all of JUCO ball last season, averaging 11.1 ppg and 8.0 rpg, while being one of the leaders in offensive rebounding and blocks. He’s an underrated passer as well and still has room to develop as an offensive player.

The Hurricanes were a really small team last season and with center Emmanuel Ugboh moved on, has Konstantynovsky as the only player taller than 6’9 on the roster. With Jalen Duren arriving at Memphis, Tulsa will need this big man to be an instant impact player. He and grad transfer Jeriah Horne have the potential to be a solid frontcourt duo if all works out.
