3. How many bids will the conference get to the NCAA Tournament?

Burgess

I think the conference can get as many as six bids to the tournament. UCLA and Oregon are virtual locks, with Arizona and USC strong bid contenders as well. I think Arizona State bounces back with the additions they made, but the bid will likely be a battle between Stanford, Washington State and Colorado.

Verboven

The Pac-12 will get 4 teams in the NCAA tournament. UCLA and Oregon will easily get in, Arizona gets a lower seed, with Washington State or USC claiming the final spot. Hard to see anymore than 4 bids with so many good mid-majors this season.

Clarry

I think they get five teams in again, flipping Oregon State with Washington State. Kyle Smith and the Cougars won’t necessarily get in by shocking the world in the Pac-12 tournament like the Beavers did last year, as I think they stay in the hunt for the conference championship throughout the season.
