Alabama Basketball had one of the most bizarre weeks of the College Basketball season last week as they lost to one of the worst major-conference teams in the Georgia Bulldogs, but then turned around and beat the reigning National Champion Baylor Bears.

With their win over Baylor, Alabama has now beaten three of the four teams from last year’s Final Four, becoming only the sixth team in the past 30 years to accomplish that. Not only that, but the Crimson Tide are 8-2 against teams who made the 2021 NCAA Tournament (losses to Iona, and Missouri), but are only 6-5 against teams who failed to make the 2021 NCAA Tournament.

Now, they will be tasked with taking on the top-ranked team in the nation, the Auburn Tigers, a team who they lost to just a few weeks ago. However, the outcome of that game might’ve been a lot different had Jahvon Quinerly taken the open corner three down two points with 36 seconds left, but he decided to drive, force a bad shot, and because of it, Auburn got the rebound and would go onto win by four.

Now, three weeks later, the Tide is coming off of a HUGE win over Baylor, while Auburn enters this game riding a 17 game win streak. So what are the keys for the SEC program to beat Auburn, get their sixth win over a ranked team this season, and beat their rival in the process?
