In a transfer portal that is more active than ever, players are looking for new starts. Whether that’s with a new team or a player who now has a chance at more playing time; with rosters constantly being chopped and changed here are four intriguing players to watch ahead of the 2022-23 NCAA Basketball season.

Travon Brazile – Arkansas Razorbacks

The rising sophomore made some waves in his first season of college basketball with the Missouri Tigers averaging 6.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, and a team-leading 1.9 blocks per game. Following the exit of head coach Cuonzo Martin, Brazile entered the portal and joins an Arkansas team with some of the highest expectations in college basketball.

His potential on the defensive end is salivating, with a lanky frame and wingspan, the 6’9 Brazile can be a matchup nightmare for wings and bigs. He can rim run on both ends of the floor and handle the ball well for someone his size. The main question for Brazile is just how much playing time he will get with head coach Eric Musselman bringing in several transfers and six ESPN top-100 recruits including the third overall player in the 2022 class, Nick Smith.
