25. Amari Bailey (SG) – UCLA

As the No. 7 player in the class of 2022, Bailey is UCLA’s highest-rated recruit since Lonzo Ball in 2016, per the 247Sports Composite. He doesn’t quite have the height that NBA teams will be looking for from a shooting guard early in the first round. Bailey has point guard skills, but UCLA’s point guard duties will be handled by Tyger Campbell this season, meaning Bailey will be forced into more of a shooting guard role which could actually hurt his draft stock to a degree.

Still, he has a long wingspan and can defend at a high level which makes him an intriguing prospect. If he can improve as a perimeter shooter then his draft stock will continue to rise.

24. James Nnaji (C) – Barcelona

Nnaji is an intriguing prospect if only for his physical tools standing at 6-10 with a 7-7 wingspan, per ESPN. He has solid footwork in the low post, but his touch is still a little raw. Nnaji’s selling point to NBA front offices is that he can step into the league right away and become a physically intimidating rebounder, rim-protector, and lob catcher. That said, he will need to improve his lateral quickness and switchability defensively to take that next step once he’s in the league.
