As the offseason continues to wind down, we’re still taking a look at some of the most underrated transfers bound to make an impact during the 2022-23 college basketball season. Today, we’re analyzing transfers in Big 12 Basketball.

The Big 12 is going to draw plenty of eyeballs this season. After all, the reigning national champion (Kansas) resides in the conference and everyone is curious to see if they can do it again.

But this is a conference also in the midst of massive upheaval. Things will never look the same, as BYU, UCF, Cincinnati, and Houston are all set to join the conference after the coming basketball season.

Who are the most underrated transfers set to play in the Big 12 for the 2022-23 college basketball season?

There haven’t been a plethora of major transfers into the conference this offseason, but there have been some. The biggest may prove to be forward Jalen Bridges, who transferred from West Virginia to Baylor.

But the biggest right now is probably Tyrese Hunter, who transferred within the conference from Iowa State to Texas. That’s sure to rub a lot of Cyclones the wrong way.

While the big names are well known, there are some flying under the radar who will make just as big of an impact on the Big 12 season. These players aren’t generating a ton of headlines right now, but the conference crown may go to the programs they play for, should they exceed expectations.
