9. Jordan Howard – Central Arkansas

While he may not have been as famous or efficient as his younger brother, Howard put up a ton of points in a successful four-year career at Central Arkansas, playing his games in the Southland Conference between 2014 and 2018. The 5’11 guard was a valuable member of the Bears’ starting lineup from the beginning.

Throughout his career, Howard became one of the best players in Central Arkansas history and shined in the Southland. He averaged greater than 19 points per game in each of his final three seasons, punctuated by his 25.1 points per game as a senior. He actually led the entire nation in points scored in the 2017-18 campaign, hitting double-digits every single game, highlighted by a 43-point effort against Stephen F. Austin in January.

Howard was named to the All-Southland First Team three times, including being named the Southland Player of the Year for that fantastic senior year. He led the conference in points, free throws, 3-point shooting, and a few other analytical categories throughout his career, with that dynamic senior year really standing out. Since leaving Central Arkansas, Howard has bounced around throughout the first four years of his professional career, including time in Mexico, South Korea, and the G-League.
