10. Marcus Foster – Kansas State/Creighton

A 6’3 guard from Wichita Falls, Foster began his collegiate career at Kansas State back in 2013. He developed into a pretty important player early on for the Wildcats, becoming an offensive weapon throughout his career. He spent two seasons in the Big 12 before transferring over to Creighton, spending his final two seasons playing a starring role for the Bluejays.

Foster’s freshman season saw him average 15.5 points per game as the top scorer on a 20-win Wildcats team. Things did not go well in his sophomore year as he underachieved and was dismissed by Bruce Weber after various issues. After sitting out the next year, Foster really bounced back at Creighton, averaging around 19 points per game in each of his final two years with the Bluejays. He scored a career-high 35 points against Georgetown and played in the NCAA Tournament in three of his four seasons.

While at Kansas State, he was a Second Team All-Big 12 player and one of the league’s better underclassmen. After his dismissal, he really blossomed at Creighton, earning First Team All-Big East honors in consecutive seasons. He was vital to the Bluejays’ success in those two campaigns and really emerged as an offensive presence. The last four years have seen him bouncing around various professional circuits, including winning a G-League title this past spring.
