The bench is loaded with talent as well

Much like their starting lineup, the key reserves for the Red Raiders are likely to be littered with guys who are in their first year with the program. The only returning member of the team that will likely be a part of the rotation is Daniel Batcho who is a 6’11 forward who was originally recruited by Arizona but eventually ended up at Texas Tech and the big man should see an expanded role in his second-year with Aimaq out.

The remaining key reserves should be three freshmen and the remaining transfer that Adams brought aboard. D’maurian Williams played last season at Gardner-Webb where he led the Bulldogs in scoring at 14.5. The 6’3 guard also pulled down 4.6 rebounds, dished out 2.5 assists, and shot over 39% from three-point land.

Elijah Fisher, Richard Isaacs, and Lamar Washington are all top-100 recruits who could force their way into playing time in year one. But, Fisher and Isaacs are the two most likely to do so right away. Even though name tags might be needed on the first day of practice, there is no denying the talent on this red raiders’ roster and a repeat of last season should not be out of the question.
