2. Alabama Crimson Tide – 17-2 (6-0 SEC)

Road play in the SEC this season has been tough for everyone. Well, almost everyone, as Alabama has simply been dominating everyone to this point. But could either Vanderbilt or Missouri put up a good fight?

Turns out, no. The Commodores kept the game close for a little bit but it was never in doubt, as the Tide rolled to a 78-66 victory. Freshman Brandon Miller led all scorers with 30 points and 10 rebounds, while Jaden Bradley and Noah Gurley each had 12.

At Missouri was supposed to be a tougher challenge, as the Tigers have looked much improved under first-year head coach Dennis Gates. However, Alabama took control early and made it a double-digit game early. Missouri tried to make it a game but once again, the Tide pushed towards an 85-64 win. Noah Clowney was the star of this game, going for 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Mark Sears had 17 points and eight rebounds. The Tide shot just 37% from the field but made up for it by going 25/32 from the line.

Alabama looks to keep the momentum going, taking on Mississippi State at home before going on the Oklahoma Sooners on the road in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
