Florida State has been a difficult road destination for Carolina for many years, but this year’s Seminoles squad is underwhelming, to say the least. Long a tournament mainstay, this year’s team sits at 9-20 and 7-11 in the ACC. With that being said, the 2022-23 Tar Heels are far from vintage themselves.
One thing the Tar Heels have going for themselves is that they’ve taken care of business against bad teams. Though the Heels lacked a signature victory until Saturday’s toppling of Virginia, they’ve yet to suffer defeat at the hands of a clearly inferior team. As we saw against Notre Dame earlier in the week though, going on the road is anything but a cakewalk, even against the bottom of what has been a very mediocre ACC.

It’ll be up to Hubert Davis to ensure the team is locked in and focused on the task at hand, because margin of error went out the window of PNC Arena last week. Here are three things the Heels can do to take care of business.
