We’re only two days away from the NCAA Tournament bracket being revealed and time is growing dangerously short for teams to prove their worth. While there have already been more than a dozen conference tournaments decided and a great litany of at-large bids determined, there is still plenty of movement on the seedlines and among the bubble teams in the last couple of days.

The Selection Committee is still watching these conference tournaments to determine which teams should have the top seeds, let alone the other various seeds in the Big Dance. While it may not seem like a huge difference, the best 2-seed might actually be in a more advantageous position than the worst 1-seed depending on various circumstances, though these teams certainly want to win games and be in the best place possible.

On the other end of the spectrum, the bubble is still very much undecided and a number of teams are playing their way into or out of contention. There’s also still the potential for bid thieves to reduce the number of potential at-large teams from the bubble, especially if an upset happens tomorrow in Conference USA. All in all, there may just be two days left but there’s a lot to work out.

Friday showed us a lot of things and we’ll be looking closely at some teams who did themselves a lot of good with their performances. Obviously, these are not the only teams that won their games on Friday, but each of these teams either greatly improved their chances on the bubble or their potential to get a better seed. Let’s get right into the list and look at where they stand with Selection Sunday on the horizon.
