2023 Alabama March Madness schedule: Who will the Crimson Tide play in Round 2?
The Crimson Tide will move on to Round 2 and take on the Maryland Terrapins, who reached the second round by way of a very close 67-65 win over West Virginia.
Maryland is a No. 8 seed in the tournament and has not advanced to the Sweet 16 since 2016. They reached the Final Four in both 2001 and 2002, going on to win the national championship in 2002. This will be a rematch of the 2021 2nd round game won by Alabama.
