The second round of the NCAA Tournament continued with the theme of some big upsets. Could Creighton pull off yet another one against Baylor?

The 6th-seeded Creighton Bluejays and 3rd-seeded Baylor Bears are facing off for just the third time in their history, and the first since 2017. Baylor leads the series 2-1, including a win in the 2014 NCAA tournament West Regional 2nd round game.

This is Creighton’s 24th appearance in the NCAA Tournament. They last advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2021. They have never gotten past the Elite 8, where they have one appearance in 1941. For the Bears, this will be their 15th trip to the Big Dance, including a tournament championship in 2021, which was also their last trip to the Sweet 16.

Both teams finished the season right at or near .500 against the spread, with Baylor having a slightly better record on the moneyline bets and over/under. However, Creighton has been better ATS in the last five games.

Points, lots of points probably being put up in this game. The spread is probably too close to call.
