Saint Louis Billikens

When talking about options that could make sense, I have to start with Love’s hometown program. He’s from Saint Louis, a program that has been in the top-tier of the Atlantic 10 for the past few years under head coach, Travis Ford. They’ve also been one of the more offensive-friendly systems in NCAA Basketball as well, led by the nation’s leading point guard, Yuri Collins.

There’s going to be a new era for the Billikens, as potentially, the top six scorers could be gone. All expectations are that Collins and Gibson Jimmerson will be going pro, while shooting guard Javonte Perkins doesn’t have any eligibility left.

Of couse, expect the program to land a few new pieces to rebuild the roster. They have a history of getting hometown guys to come back to Saint Louis and Love could use some hometown love, considering the barrage of hate he got with the Tar Heels at times.

At Saint Louis, Love would instantly become the best player in the A-10 and put up somd godly numbers as the focal point of the offense. And since he has a national title appearance, making a deep run at his next stop may not be his biggest priority but instead, going somewhere he can succeed and happy, both on and off the court.
