Georgetown Hoyas

Dickinson is originally from Alexandria, Virginia, part of the “DMV” area. That’s also going to be a theme among the big man’s options. The Cavaliers’ style of offense likely won’t be intriguing for the center so I didn’t include them. Yet there are a few other local options that could work.

One is Georgetown, which resides in the heart of the DMV area. For the past several years, the Big East program has been an absolute disaster. In the past two seasons alone, they won a combined two games in league play. They finally made a move this offseason, firing head coach Patrick Ewing and replacing him with Ed Cooley of Providence.

There already has been a change with the program, as several transfers are reportedly interested. It’s a complete rebuilding job Cooley has to deal with, as a number of players have left. One of them was Qudus Wahab, the starting center for the Hoyas this past season.

With him gone, Dickinson can easily slide in at the starting center position and give Georgetown its own star big man in the Big East. It’s also the opportunity for him to come close to home for a program that very well could be on the rise.
