24. SR Jamarion Sharp – Western Kentucky Hilltoppers

2022-23 season stats: 7.4 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 4.1 bpg

The tallest player in NCAA Basketball, the 7’5 Sharp has led the country in blocks for the last two seasons. He had a 10-block triple-double game over a year ago against Alabama A&M and has been the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year for each of the past two years. He’s not a great scorer but teams are going to struggle scoring on him inside.

23. SR Avery Anderson – Oklahoma State Cowboys

2022-23 season stats: 11.1 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.4 apg

The 6’3 guard started 80 games with the Cowboys for the past four years and was a consistent double-digit scorer and passer. Anderson was limited to just 22 games but had a few good performances, including 18 points and seven assists in a road win over Oakland. He’s also one of the better two-way players in the portal as well.

22. JR Posh Alexander – St. John’s Red Storm

2022-23 season stats: 10.2 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 4.2 apg

The former Big East Co-Defensive Player of the Year has been a double-digit scorer for all three seasons with the Storm, while also ranking toward the top of the league in passing. Alexander isn’t a great shooter but still finds ways to score, including back-to-back 18-point games against UConn and Marquette and end the regular season.

21. SR Joe Girard – Syracuse Orange

2022-23 season stats: 16.4 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 3.0 apg

One of the top pure shooters in the NCAA Basketball portal, Girard started 123 games in four years and made a combined 297 three-pointers at 36% shooting. The 6’3 guard had 10 games of at least 20 points, including a 31-point effort against Richmond. Girard also had 28 points on 6/10 shooting from deep in a win over Georgia Tech.
