50. JR Ishmael Leggett – Rhode Island Rams

2022-23 season stats: 16.4 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 2.4 apg

Despite playing the same amount of time as the season prior, Leggett doubled his scoring production to lead the Rams. He had a 30-point effort against George Washington and 34 versus Tulane, including 7/10 from deep. Leggett also is a good rebounder for a 6’4 guard, including a career-high 14 against St. Bonaventure.

49. SO Aly Khalifa – Charlotte 49ers

2022-23 season stats: 11.7 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 2.7 apg

After winning CUSA Rookie of the Year, Khalifa proved to be one of the better all-around frontcourt players in the league. The 6’10 and 250-pound big man had five games of at least 20 points in the ladder half of the season, along with 19 points and 16 rebounds in an early win over Davidson. He’s a skilled passer too, having five games of at least five assists.

48. JR Will Baker – Nevada Wolf Pack

2022-23 season stats: 13.6 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 0.8 apg

The former top-50 prospect from Texas has been productive in the past two years at Nevada. The 7’0 center had five games of at least 20 points, including 28 against New Mexico on 12/17 shooting from the field. Baker shot 56% from the field and also showcased some range, making 22 three-pointers on 36% shooting.

47. SO Javian McCollum – Siena Saints

2022-23 season stats: 15.9 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 3.9 apg

One of the breakout stars of the MAAC this past season, McCollum had a whopping 13 games with at least 20 points, including the first three games. One of them was a 30-point effort against Manhattan, along with 24 points and eight rebounds versus Ole Miss. The 6’1 guard is one of the better pure playmakers in the entire transfer class and has two years left.

46. SO Javon Small – East Carolina Pirates

2022-23 season stats: 15.8 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 5.6 apg

After Tristen Newton transferred to UConn last offseason, it was Small that took over for the Pirates on offense, leading the team in two of the main categories. Out of just 18 games total, Small had five games with at least 20 points, along with a 21-point and 10-assist performance against Coppin State. Most of his work was done in the non-conference but Small still was able to put up a ton of stats.
