32. SO John Hugley – Pittsburgh Panthers
2022-23 season stats (8 games): 8.0 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 0.8 apg
Injuries limited the big man to just eight games this season but Hugley led Pittsburgh with 14.8 ppg and 7.9 rpg in the year prior. That included a 32-point and 13-rebound effort against Boston College, along with a season-high 18 rebounds versus Syracuse. He’s one of the best post-scoring big men in the portal and almost always requires a double-team when he gets the ball.
31. SR Daniss Jenkins – Iona Gaels
2022-23 season stats: 15.6 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 4.9 apg
The former Pacific and JUCO guard led Iona in passing and was second in scoring this past season. Jenkins dropped 31 points against Niagara, as well as 27 points in the MAAC Tournament championship victory over Marist. He was on triple-double alert a few times as well, including an (11-9-8) statline versus Pepperdine.
30. SO Carlos Stewart – Santa Clara Broncos
2022-23 season stats: 15.2 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 2.3 apg
While leading scorer Brandin Podziemski got most of the attention this season, the sophomore guard had a breakout campaign of his own, second on the team in scoring. Stewart shot 40% from three-point range and had 10 different games of at least 20 points. That includes the season-high 29 points on 8/12 shooting (5/7 3PT) in a win over UC Irvine.
29. SR Kalib Boone – Oklahoma State Cowboys
2022-23 season stats: 10.6 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 1.2 bpg
The four-year forward never had the largest role with the Cowboys but he provided the team with the most offense in league play, thus earning an All-Big 12 team spot. Boone had seven games with at least 18 points in the Big 12, including a career-high 27 points and nine rebounds against Kansas.
