28. SO Jalen Deloach – VCU Rams

2022-23 season stats: 9.7 ppg, 6.9 rpg, 1.4 bpg

The 6’9 forward became a full-time starter this past season and played a big role in leading the Rams to make the NCAA Tournament. The A-10 performer had four double-doubles, including a 19-point and 12-rebound effort versus UMass. Deloach also is one of the top interior frontcourt players still remaining in the transfer portal.

27. SR Hakim Hart – Maryland Terrapins

2022-23 season stats: 11.4 ppg, 4.1 rpg, 2.6 apg

Hart posted career-high numbers as a senior for the Terps, including four games with at least 20 points this past season. One of them was for 23 points, five rebounds, and four assists in a win over Penn State, along with 20 points on just 6/8 shooting versus Minnesota.

26. FR Amaree Abram – Ole Miss Rebels

2022-23 season stats: 8.0 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 2.0 apg

The former top-100 prospect was buried behind a backcourt logjam but still managed to have some very impressive performances. One was the 26-point effort against Stanford in the non-conference, with another being 20 points versus South Carolina in the SEC Tournament. Abram, one of the best overall athletes in the entire portal, will be a definite breakout sophomore candidate at his next stop.

25. RJ Luis – UMass Minutemen

2022-23 season stats: 11.5 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.3 apg

On a team that suffered a ton of injuries throughout the season, Luis was the biggest brightspot. He went for 20+ points four times in the final 10 games, including a 31-point effort against Duquesne. The 6’7 guard has the size and scoring ability to make a major move at the power conference level.
