30. Josh Nickelberry – La Salle to Florida State

2022-23 season stats: 10.9 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 0.6 apg

The 6’3 guard is a former 6th Man of the Year in the A-10 and a double-digit scorer with the Explorers. Nickelberry had six games with at least 20 points, including 28 against Duquesne. He’s a 40% three-point shooter and capable shot-maker that joins an FSU squad that lost two key scorers in Matthew Cleveland and Caleb Mills and adds a clear scoring threat as either a bench player or starter next to Jalen Warley.

29. Tamar Bates – Indiana to Missouri

2022-23 season stats: 6.1 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 1.1 apg

The former five-star prospect has been a bench player for the past two seasons at Indiana but did see an increase in a role this year. Bates had his moments where he could score, including 22 points against Jackson State and 19 points versus both Nebraska and Kennesaw State. He’s a quality athlete that joins a new-look Missouri roster that excelled for Coach Dennis Gates. After succeeding with mid-major transfers, how will he look with a former five-star?

28. Jacob Germany – Texas-San Antonio to Wichita State

2022-23 season stats: 12.3 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 0.9 apg

The 6’11 center has started 84 games in four years with the Roadrunners and averaged 15 ppg as a junior. Germany had career-high rebounding numbers, including a 16-point and 18-rebound performance in a win over Florida International. He joins a Wichita State roster that lost Kenny Photo so there’s a good chance he’ll start for the Shockers next season.
