15. Reece Dixon-Waters – USC to San Diego State

2022-23 season stats: 9.8 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 1.1 apg

The junior guard was the Pac-12 6th Man of the Year this past season, including 10 games of double-digit scoring. That includes 20 points on 8/12 shooting against Long Beach State, as well as 17 versus Arizona in 35 minutes. He joins the Final Four program San Diego State, which has had great success with former Pac-12 players.

14. Brandon Murray – Georgetown to Ole Miss

2022-23 season stats: 13.7 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 3.2 apg

The 6’5 guard had four games of at least 20 points this past season with the Hoyas, including 29 points on 11/17 shooting versus DePaul. He’s an interesting player to watch since Murray is a second-time transfer so he may have to sit out next season. But whenever he’s able to play, he gives Ole Miss a proven and capable starter at the SEC level.

13. Essam Mostafa – Coastal Carolina to TCU

2022-23 season stats: 12.4 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 0.9 apg

The last double-double producer to leave the Sun Belt upwards is Norchad Omier, who was great for Miami this past season. TCU is hoping for the same from Mostafa, who produced similar numbers in the past three years. He had 17 points and 16 rebounds against USC Upstate, as well as 25 points and 11 rebounds versus South Carolina. The 6’9 big man will be the replacement for Eddie Lampkin at the five-spot.
