11. Carlos Stewart – Santa Clara to LSU

2022-23 season stats: 15.2 ppg and 2.3 apg

The 6’1 guard was another breakout star at Santa Clara, scoring 10 points more as a sophomore. Stewart had 40% from three-point range and had 11 games of 20+ points. He had 29 points versus UC Irvine, along with 25 at San Francisco. Stewart went back home to LSU, a team that has a brand new backcourt. He and Tulane transfer Jalen Cook will be one of the more dynamic backcourts in the SEC next season.

10. Andrew Rohde – St. Thomas to Virginia

2022-23 season stats: 17.1 ppg, 3.7 rpg, and 3.6 apg

Rodhe was one of the top-scoring freshmen in all of NCAA Basketball last season, leading the Tommies in scoring and earning Summit League Rookie of the Year honors. The 6’6 guard averaged around 20 ppg in the final 10 matchups, including 27 points against North Dakota, and also had a 24-point and 8-assist game versus Omaha. He provides a much-needed scoring boost to the Cavaliers without Kihei Clark in the backcourt and has three years of eligibility left as well.

9. Harrison Ingram – Stanford to North Carolina

2022-23 season stats: 10.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg, and 3.7 apg

Ingram is a former five-star prospect that has struggled from the field but is a talented all-around prospect. He finished the season with 10 straight double-digit scoring games and had a 24-point outing versus Ole Miss. The former Pac-12 Rookie of the Year goes across the country to the Tar Heels and is an offensive upgrade over Leaky Black on the wing, while also adding both defense and passing to the revamped starting lineup.
