38. Sean Bairstow – Utah State to VCU

2022-23 season stats: 10.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.6 apg

The 6’8 guard was a key piece on the NCAA Tournament team, starting all 35 games and shooting 47% from the field and 39% from three-point range. Bairstow had a 20-point game against New Mexico, along with 11 points and 10 assists versus Colorado State. He’s one of the top all-around players in the portal and will be a needed shooter on a brand-new Rams squad, following Coach Ryan Odom to the A-10.

37. Keylan Boone – Pacific to UNLV

2022-23 season stats: 13.9 ppg and 4.2 rpg

After three years as a role player at OK State, Boone went to Pacific and led them in both scoring and rebounding. Boone shot 48% from the field and 41% from three-point range, along with several big games. He went for 27 points and 12 rebounds against San Diego, along with 30 points versus the Toreros. He joins his brother Kalib at the Rebels and has a good chance at starting at the Mountain West level.

36. Jared Bynum – Providence to Stanford

2022-23 season stats: 10.0 ppg and 4.3 apg

The 5th-year guard has a career 76 games, scoring in double figures in each of the last two years with the Friars. Bynum’s offense was inconsistent, with just as many games with at least 16 points as four points or fewer. He did go for 21 points and nine assists versus Northeastern and is capable of those kinds of games. Bynum is a massive pickup for a Stanford program that can’t get many transfers and is a massive upgrade over Isa Silva as a point guard to run the offense.
