35. Ish Leggett – Rhode Island to Pittsburgh

2022-23 season stats: 16.4 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 2.4 apg

In similar minutes as the year prior, Leggett managed to double his scoring production to lead the Rams in scoring. The 6’2 guard was in double figures in 29 of 31 games, including a career-high 30 points against George Washington, and had three 10+ rebound games as well. Leggett joins a Pittsburgh backcourt that lost four guards and has a good chance at starting while providing leadership and helping to replace the scoring production lost by guys like Jamarius Burton and Nelly Cummings.

34. Greg Dolan – Cornell to Loyola-Chicago

2022-23 season stats: 13.3 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 3.5 apg

The 6’3 guard led the Big Red in both scoring and passing this past season, shooting 48% from the field and 43% from the three-point line. Dolan had 25 points against Colgate, along with 29 on the road at Penn. He gives Loyola another capable passer in the backcourt, as he also had a 10-assist game in the upset win versus Syracuse.

33. Tyzhaun Claude – Western Carolina to Georgia Tech

2022-23 season stats: 15.4 ppg and 8.6 rpg

After leaving Morehead State as a limited producer, the 6’8 forward led the team in rebounding while being second in scoring. Claude shot 52% from the field and got to the free throw line regularly at the SoCon level. He had 7+ points in every game, along with a 17-point and 17-rebound performance against The Citadel. He joins a frontcourt in desperate need of both size and rebounding at the ACC level.
