Recruiting battle: NC State vs Memphis… for now

Bradley is a former five-star prospect that started 22 of 37 games as a freshman for at times, the No. 1 team in the country. He managed to have 10 double-digit scoring games, including 18 points and four assists versus Gonzaga. The hope is that with a larger role, the 6’3 playmaker will have a breakout performance.

He hasn’t had a list out or anything but there are two programs he’s taken visits to. The first was NC State, who landed five transfers so far this offseason. One of them is MJ Rice, another former five-star prospect that comes over from Kansas. They landed several perimeter players and do have Casey Morsell back but none of them are true point guards like Bradley is.

Memphis had a secure backcourt to enter the offseason but has since parted ways with four-star freshman Ty-Laur Johnson, along with the issue of Mikey Williams, a five-star ball-handler currently dealing with off-the-court issues such as a gun charge. They could use a veteran point guard now and Bradley could be the option for them.

It’s hard to tell who’s in the lead since the former Bama guard has been quiet since the Memphis visit. If neither team can get the commitment, look for another NCAA Basketball to try and get involved late.
