10. Sahvir Wheeler – Kentucky to Washington

2022-23 season stats: 7.7 ppg and 5.6 apg

Wheeler is one of the top active passers in all of NCAA Basketball, with a career average of 6.1 apg. But injuries and the inability for him to shoot made him an issue at Kentucky. He replaces freshman Keyon Menifield as the new lead guard at Washington and reunites with leading scorer and former Kentucky forward, Keion Brooks. Look for Wheeler to likely lead the Pac-12 in assists in his final year.

9. Charles Pride – Bryant to St. Bonaventure

2022-23 season stats: 14.6 ppg, 6.1 rpg, and 2.4 apg

The 6’4 guard is one of the better mid-major scorers and pound-for-pound best rebounders in NCAA Basketball. He dropped 44 points in a game two years ago and is a consistently good scorer. He joins a St. Bonaventure roster that returns most of its production, including Daryl Banks and Kyrell Luc in the backcourt. Pride’s ability to rebound makes him an ideal wing or a perfect versatile 6th Man off the bench.

8. Arterio Morris – Texas to Kansas

2022-23 season stats: 4.6 ppg and 1.4 rpg

Morris is a former five-star prospect that was limited to 12 mpg off the bench in what was a crowded backcourt at Texas. He did manage to go for 25 points in a game against Louisiana but didn’t have another big game like that. Morris looks to have a breakout year at Kansas, who has been looking for offense this offseason and has a chance to be a lead guard next season if Coach Bill Self pulls out his potential.
