NBA Draft
NCAA Basketball North Dakota State Bison forward Grant Nelson Steven Branscombe-USA TODAY Sports

5. Andrew Taylor – Marshall Thundering Herd

2022-23 season stats: 20.2 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 4.7 apg

Part of the highest-scoring guard duo in NCAA Basketball, Taylor is a 6’3 combo guard that scored in double figures in 31 of 32 games. That includes a 33-10-6 game against Coastal Carolina, along with four different games of five three-pointers made. Taylor can fill the stat sheet up as well, being on triple-double watch several times this past season.

4. Rayj Dennis – Toledo Rockets

2022-23 season stats: 19.6 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 5.8 apg

Dennis was the MAC Player of the Year and between Toledo and Boise State has 110 career starts. He shot a career-high 37% from three-point range and was in double figures for all 36 games. His career-high was a 32-point game against Ball State, along with a 16-8-11 near triple-double against Buffalo.

3. Grant Nelson – North Dakota State Bison

2022-23 season stats: 17.9 ppg, 9.3 rpg, 2.1 apg

Nelson is a 6’10 big man that had some eye-popping performances that put him on the national map. The All-Summit League performer went for 35 points and 16 rebounds against Western Illinois, as well as 20 points and 22 rebounds versus South Dakota State. Nelson is reportedly looking at staying in the NBA Draft but if he doesn’t look for teams to make a run at the versatile big man.
