NBA Draft Ohio State Buckeyes forward Brice Sensabaugh Basketball Ceb Mbk Minnesota Minnesota At Ohio State /

118. . G/W. Utah Jazz. Brice Sensabaugh. 28. player

While Ohio State didn’t have great results as a team, Sensabaugh starred as a freshman, leading them with 16.3 ppg and 5.4 rpg. The 6’6 and 230-pound wing shot 41% from three-point range and 48% from the field overall. That includes a 27-point performance against Iowa. Sensabaugh’s game naturally translates to the NBA level and with some improved defense will find his spot.

Utah can afford to take risks that have a high ceiling such as Sensabaugh and he should be an instant impact for them. There’s a massive need at the wing position so there’s a chance that he can get a rotation spot early on.

27. player. 125. . F/C. Atlanta Hawks. Leonard Miller

Miller is a former five-star prospect out of high school that chose to play in the NBA G League. He was fine overall but nothing exceptional, yet still good enough to be a 1st-round pick. His size at 6’10 and athleticism should make it an easy transition but he’s a big ways away from being a bonafide key piece on a roster.

The Hawks have its veteran core in the backcourt but the issue is upfront, as both Clint Capela and John Collins seem to have run their respective courses there. Miller certainly isn’t ready to take minutes away from them but the franchise does need to find its future frontcourt to take them to the next level in the Eastern Conference. He’s a long-term option that can work out there.
