2. Kansas State Wildcats
The Wildcats have been focused on adding perimeter players to replace Markquis Mowell but they also have to watch for Keyontae Johnson’s decision as well. If he leaves, that’s a big blow to the frontcourt, leaving essentially Nae’Qwan Tomlin and David N’Guessan as the lone returners.
Udeh is familiar with the Big 12 and has shown he can play at that level. If you’re Kansas State, you know that you’ll have to play better on the defensive end since you don’t have two 20 ppg scorers to carry the load. He’d be the starting center for the program and get plenty of minutes and potentially become the next breakout star.
1. Duke Blue Devils
The Blue Devils brought back several key pieces for another season, including big man and leading scorer, Kyle Filipowski. One of the players that went pro was Dereck Lively, the starting center and defensive anchor of the roster. They do have big man Ryan Young back but while he’s an effective post-scorer, the grad senior also can be a liability on the defensive end.

Udeh won’t be as good as Lively as the starting center but the sophomore version of him should be good enough to get minutes. And there’s a good chance that he’ll be on the preseason No. 1 team in NCAA Basketball, potentially as a starter.
