Arizona Wildcats

It’s been a good couple of weeks for the Arizona backcourt. They landed Alabama transfer Jaden Bradley to pair with Kylan Boswell, along with keeping Pelle Larsson for an extra year. There’s also four-star guard KJ Lewis joining the roster as well. You’d think that would be good enough until you realize that the team doesn’t have any depth at the three-spot.

So there would be room for Pullin in the backcourt rotation but it’s not the greatest fit since there are already two ball-handlers on the roster. But neither Boswell nor Bradley are proven in extended minutes so it would make sense to have a senior in the mix to guarantee stability.

Baylor Bears

Having lost all three starting guards from this past season, Baylor has been a bit slow in reloading. They added Jayden Nunn from VCU but he’s more of an off-guard. If the season started tomorrow, the Big 12 program would likely start Miro Little, a four-star incoming freshman prospect.

Little has lots of promise but are the Bears comfortable with him getting the lion’s share of the lead guard minutes? It would make sense to bring in a senior to help bring the freshman along slowly and if you’re Pullin, playing for a recent national champion also has its selling points.
