30. Ian Martinez – Maryland Terrapins

2022-23 season stats: 5.7 ppg and 2.5 rpg

The 6’3 guard has struggled to get a large role in three seasons at both Utah and Maryland. But he did manage to shoot 40% from three-point range on 62 attempts. Martinez is a two-time transfer so at the moment, he’d have to sit out next season. That could be what’s keeping him from landing somewhere at the moment.

29. Jazz Gardner – West Ranch High School

2022-23 season stats: N/A in NCAA Basketball

The 7’0 center is a four-star prospect and one of the last couple of unsigned key freshmen. Gardner is reportedly down to just four teams, including Ole Miss, San Francisco, Nevada, and Florida State. Since the Rebels landed both Moussa Cisse and Jamarion Sharp, it’s doubtful that they’ll win out.

28. Nate Calmese – Lamar Cardinals

2022-23 season stats: 17.6 ppg and 2.0 apg

In his lone year at Lamar, the 6’2 shooting guard shot 48% from the field and 37% from three-point range. Calmese was in double figures for 26 of 31 games, including 32 points on 11/17 shooting against Houston Christian. With multiple years left, he should be someone that gets interest beyond the Southland.
