A number of NCAA Basketball players decided to return from the NBA Draft process for another season, including Mike Sharavjamts of Dayton. He’s a unique kind of pro prospect, as he’s a 6’8 athlete that prefers to be more of a combo guard, than a wing. Sharavjamts averaged 5.6 ppg and 2.6 apg in his first season with the Flyers, making an all-freshman team in the Atlantic 10.
There were some ups and downs with the young guard but he has tremendous size and is capable of handling the ball. At the right spot, he’s a potential breakout candidate as a sophomore. And now that he’s set to return, there are five new programs involved for his services.
Here’s a look at how he fits with each of the five options.

The Hoosiers have a wide-open spot at the shooting guard position to pair next to Xavier Johnson. The program already has a young frontcourt, including incoming five-star freshman forward, Mackenzie Mgbako. But the potential that a Sharavjamts would bring to the lineup could give them a ceiling good enough to win the Big Ten.
But is Sharavjamts good enough to play at this level? That’s the one concern, as he could end up playing an even smaller role than he did at Dayton. Plus, this is a roster that already has shooting concerns so is he the best addition to the program for its final roster spot?
