15. Tavian Dunn-Martin
A 5’8 point guard from Huntington, West Virginia, Dunn-Martin had himself quite the collegiate journey. He originally was recruited to Akron by Keith Dambrot back in 2016 and played limited minutes as a freshman there. After Dambrot took the Duquesne job, Dunn-Martin followed him, sitting out the next season before spending three years with the Dukes. His introduction to the ASUN came for his fifth season, spending his bonus year from the pandemic at Florida Gulf Coast.
Dunn-Martin played a major role for the Eagles in that final collegiate season, averaging 21.4 points and 6.0 assists per game. He became one of the top offensive weapons in the ASUN, with numerous double-doubles and some impressive scoring outputs. Late in the season, he put up 38 points in a win against Stetson and followed that up with a 43-point outing against Liberty a few weeks later.
An unsurprising addition to the First Team All-ASUN, Dunn-Martin had an extremely impressive campaign with the Eagles. He led the conference in assists and actually finished 7th in the nation in points scored on the year. His overall statistics and contributions for these three different schools exemplify quite the journey, but that last season alone at Florida Gulf Coast was pretty special, helping the Eagles to a 22-win season.
