Each and every season of college basketball gives us new stories, moments, and adventures. It’s a sport and it’s all about winning games, but it’s more than that. It’s about the players and the coaches who recruit them to more than 300 D1 schools in the nation. They all dream of their chance at glory, perhaps in the NCAA Tournament, and many of them stand out and have stories to tell of their own.

We are continuing to look at more and more of these players today by continuing our series on each conference’s best players from the last ten years. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks beginning this series and we will touch on every single current conference. There have already been some exciting looks at the ACC and A-10 but we’re hitting another major conference today in the Big 12.

It’s no surprise that there has been elite talent in the Big 12 over the last decade. Kansas has been a Blue Blood program for generations and other teams like Baylor, Oklahoma, and Texas Tech have had some serious success of their own in recent years. Many 5-star or highly-talented athletes have been recruited to the Big 12 and we’ll be giving a good look at a number of them, though unfortunately many great names are left off a list that’s limited to just 25.

It’s important to remember that this series is only looking at what players have accomplished in the last ten years in this specific league. The Big 12 didn’t have any membership changes in the last decade, but some players might have spent time in another conference before or after their time in the Big 12. Remember, those players are only judged or ranked based on their work in this league since 2013. With that in mind, let’s get right into the list of names.
