No.14 Ernest Udeh Jr. (TCU)

You do not usually hear a ton about guys transferring from Kansas, but for Ernest Udeh Jr., he is seeking a new opportunity for some playing time with TCU and the Horned Frogs.

The freshman then played in 30 games for the Jayhawks, but only received 8.3 minutes per game despite him having a frame of 6’11 250 with a great wingspan of 7-foot-2. TCU now gets a guy who still has plenty of eligibility and a former Mcdonald’s All-American who was touted as one of the better recruits in the nation.

TCU only went 9-9 in Big 12 play, but they have now picked up an elite recruiting class, and look to take a big jump in this conference next season. Udeh Jr. should be getting the playing time he is looking for at this program, and the future matchups between TCU and Kansas should a quite fun to watch as he looks to show Kansas why they should have played him more.

For a freshman, it takes guts to leave a program that is as touted as Kansas is, especially given their recent national championship. But now, Udeh Jr. has given himself a new start, and the Horned Frogs hope he can show the world what he can do.
