12. Bryce Aiken

Aiken is a 6’0 combo guard from Randolph, New Jersey who joined Harvard back in 2016. Aiken missed significant time with injuries during three of his four seasons but was a menace when he was actually on the court. He’d transfer to Seton Hall in 2020, though those parts of four years with the Crimson give us plenty of intrigue.

Aiken started his freshman season with a 21-point effort at Stanford and scored 28 in the Ivy League Tournament to finish it off. While he’d miss time in most of his seasons, his scoring numbers were pretty phenomenal. He averaged 22.2 points and shot 40% from outside the arc in a junior season that started a few months late. That included a 44-point game against Columbia. He’d play just seven games as a senior before another major injury and his eventual transfer out of the league.

Had Aiken been healthy throughout his career, there’s no telling the numbers he could’ve put up. He was named First Team All-Ivy as a freshman and junior, his two seasons that weren’t ended early by injuries. He was a great scorer, a decent shooter, and played a major role when on the court for the Crimson before taking his talents to the Pirates later in his career.
