22. Reink Mast

Though originally from the Netherlands, Mast found himself quite the collegiate start at Bradley, originally arriving at the central Illinois school back in 2019. A 6’9 forward, he was a medical redshirt in his first season and would soon develop into a major frontcourt weapon for the Braves across these three most recent college basketball seasons.

Mast joined Bradley’s starting lineup in January of his sophomore season and wouldn’t relinquish that role, peaking with a 24-point, 10-rebound effort in the MVC Tournament against Southern Illinois. He’d develop into a great rebounder for the Braves, averaging 11.6 points and 8.4 rebounds as a sophomore with even better numbers the next year. He had his best scoring season this past year, leading Bradley to a regular season title in the MVC, though they settled for a trip to the NIT.

He certainly deserved the First Team All-MVC honors he earned this past March, establishing himself as the conference’s best rebounder the last few seasons and a solid scorer for a power forward. Mast’s game has taken several steps forward and he showed a ton of potential during his time with the Braves. Unfortunately for the MVC, he’s transferred to Nebraska and will feature in the Big Ten this upcoming season.
