11. Ladarius Tabb

Tabb is a 6’5 wing from Newbern, Alabama who began his career at Shelton State CC before transferring up, landing at Alabama A&M. He proved to be a massive addition for the Bulldogs, becoming a significant offensive weapon. While Alabama A&M didn’t win any league titles or experience a ton of on-court success, they got a massive upgrade when Tabb took the court in 2014.

As a junior, Tabb averaged 17.9 points and 7.8 rebounds, fitting right into the rotation in his first year with the Bulldogs. He had a 20-point, 16-rebound affair against Virginia Tech and had a slew of double-doubles in his career. He would score at least 20 points in his first five games as a senior, going on to average 18.9 points a game. Alabama A&M would finish just 7th in the SWAC, but Tabb certainly proved himself as one of the league’s top players.

Tabb actually led the SWAC in scoring in both seasons, even topping the conference in field goal percentage and offensive rebounding as a junior. He was then named First Team All-SWAC as a senior and was a very important part of the Bulldogs’ program in those two years. Tabb’s teams finished quite below .500, but he was clearly one of the most talented scorers in the league in this past decade.
