Obviously, there are numerous players who stand out every seasons, either All-Americans or great performers or those who make waves in the NCAA Tournament. Many of these players star in the power conferences and our focus today is not on one of those leagues.

While we do have a few players that became more nationally known from the Sun Belt, it’s indeed another mid-major conference full of teams without extended success in their history. The league has also undergone various changes over the years. Programs like Georgia State, Little Rock, and Louisiana have each had moments in the sun in the last decade, but over a dozen other schools have played in this conference. There’s a wide variety of players represented today, all of whom did marvelous work in Sun Belt Basketball.

Players whose careers began more than a decade ago will certainly be considered, but solely based on their performances in these last ten years.
